Key Responsibilities:
Access Control: Monitoring and regulating entry to premises through methods like ID checks, pass issuance, and screening of personnel and vehicles. Patrolling and Monitoring: Conducting regular patrols to deter and detect suspicious activities, as well as monitoring surveillance systems like CCTV. Incident Response: Promptly responding to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances and taking appropriate action. Surveillance: Operating and monitoring CCTV systems to ensure ongoing security. Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of incidents, breaches, and daily activities. Customer Interaction: Assisting visitors, staff, or residents with inquiries, guidance, and directions.
