Your Role:
The Security Operation Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing cybersecurity operations delivery, ensuring service excellence, and driving performance through data insights and stakeholder engagement. This role requires strong knowledge of cyber operations workflows, influencing capabilities, and relevant technical expertise.
Lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations across multiple technology domains ensuring smooth delivery.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, contractual deliverables, and service quality targets consistently.
Collaborate with technology leads and factory model teams across SOC/SIEM, Email Security, IAM, Cloud, and Network Security.
Manage specialized tools and platforms such as Azure Sentinel, Flare, Cybel Angel, Qualys, Anomali, and MDO.
Conduct daily stand-ups to maintain operational control, visibility, and alignment.
Drive service improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
