Security Operations Director

Position Description

The Security Operations Director is responsible for providing overall leadership and direction for the security monitoring, triage, incident response and incident management teams. The director of SecOps is also responsible for optimizing security operations with innovation and integration of new capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of the security monitoring, incident management and incident response departments to ensure timely response, investigation and remediation execution across cloud, on premise and remote devices.
• Manage a team of security professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance by establishing and tracking performance metrics, SLAs and KPIs.
