Our Security Operations Manager supports Harvard Protection Services in our goal of providing best in class security and life safety services. This position is responsible for ensuring the highest level of professional, customer-focused security for the clients we serve, while providing strong leadership and operational guidance to the employees under their supervision. The Security Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day management of a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring service quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
