Security Ops Center Agent

<p><br><p>POSITION OVERVIEW:<br />Monitor security systems for threat detection and act as a single point of contact for escalation of security events.<br />                        </p><p>ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p>1.    Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for incident response, documentation and escalation<br />2.    Monitor perimeter detection systems, voice-down technology, gate and visitor management platforms and alerting systems<br />3.    Monitor social media platforms for threats to employees/assets and initiate response as deemed necessary according to policy and procedure<br />4.    Coordinate with appropriate defined employees, leadership, departments and external agencies during emergencies<br />5.    Assist field security to support investigations by researching and providing information and timelines<br />6.    Comply with all applicable laws/regulati...
