Job Description
**ABOUT THIS POSITION**
We are seeking a high-octane, strategic Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead the execution of our global security, risk, and compliance roadmap. You will be the bridge between the CISO’s vision and the technical execution teams. This is not a check-the-box PM role; you will be responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives across Cloud Infrastructure, AppSec, and TechOps to measurably reduce organizational risk.
The Cybersecurity Program Manager is responsible for leading strategic, cross-functional programs and projects that strengthen Waystar’s security posture and mitigate enterprise risk. This role partners with Technology Operations, Infrastructure, and Application Development teams.
