Security - Season 2026 (On - Site)

About the role

Hirelink is building 2026 teams and is leading the hiring process for Security Officers across all over of Greece. If you deliver guest safety, keep calm under pressure, and communicate clearly, wed like to meet you.

What youll do

• Control access at staff/vehicle gates, issue & check visitor/contractor passes, key & locker control.

• Patrol guest areas, back-of-house, perimeters & staff housing, proactive risk spotting and prevention.

• Manage crowd flow at peak times, support lost & found, welfare checks, night noise handling.

• Liaise with Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping & external services (ambulance/fire/police) as needed.

• Maintain radio discipline, logbooks, and a tidy, audit-ready security post.

What you bring

• Security or similar (military/police background a plus).

• Confident English for guest & team communication (additional languages a plus).

• Familiarity with ncident reporting & customer care.

• Good physical fitness, professional appearance, calm, respectful approach.

• Flexibility for rotating shifts including nights/weekends.

• Eligibility to work in Greece
