Security Service Delivery Partner

Rackspace is hiring for a Service Delivery Manager with a background in security to support our strategic customers. As a Security SDM, you'll be managing global managed security services accounts.
Work Location; Mexican Rackers: If you live within a 40km radius of our Mexico City office we'd like for you to work in the office two days a week. If further than 40km you may work fully remote from one these states Monterey, Aguascalientes, Nuevo Leon, Puebla, or Queretaro.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver monthly reporting for them
• Produce data tracking and budget scope reporting for senior management
• Analyze cybersecurity/DevSecOps frameworks using dashboarding and internal tools
• Oversee the SOC operational processes and ensure that security compliance/governance is maintained
• Use security data, monitoring tools, and threat intelligence to inform insights and build the big picture
