Security Services Coordinator

About the role

We're looking for someone to join our Security Operations Centre team as an on-site Security Officer. This is a 12 month opportunity.

Based at our head office sites in Coventry this role is responsible for monitoring our CCTV systems and responding to incidents accordingly. It’ll liaise with key agencies and make use of computerised systems to maintain our sites to the highest security standards. One of the main aims will be to ensure that all electronic systems, intruder alarms, access control systems, processes and procedures meet the required service levels and the security needs of our organisation.

Part of the role will be providing excellent customer service as the role will liaise with members of staff and external parties.
