Security Specialist

PotomacWave is looking for a Security Specialist to join our team located in Washington, DC supporting a federal client.

This position supports the Office of Intelligence and Counterintelligence, Security Division and will plan, organize, and direct the activities of the security office, ensuring that all security programs comply with regulatory requirements including interpreting and defining policy guidelines, developing, and implementing specific guidelines to meet localized requirements, and monitoring program effectiveness.

The candidate will participate in program and project planning efforts to evaluate the need for security requirements and recommend equipment, methods, procedures, and systems, and ensure timely, effective, and professional responsiveness to customers.
