Job Description

Site is located in the heart of Singapore CBD area, near to the Bugis MRT with commercial / shopping complex environments

Key Responsibilities

(Operational Oversight)

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day security operations across multiple sites within the assigned cluster, ensuring seamless execution and operational consistency.
• Ensure all officers and supervisors adhere strictly to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and site-specific post orders.
• Proactively identify workforce, operational, and compliance-related risks, and promptly escalate issues with well-reasoned recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.

(Incident Management & Reporting)

• Manage as Incident Lead for all security incidents and emergencies, providing clear command and control throughout the event lifecycle.
