Overview

We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in a permanent part-time role, based in Cairns with regular travel across Greater North Queensland. This position supports licensed venues and operations throughout the region and offers a clear pathway toward full-time employment with a national security provider.

This is a hybrid role, combining hands-on security and crowd control shifts with leadership, compliance, and client-facing responsibilities.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Supervising and supporting a team of security officers across Cairns and Greater North QLD
• Liaising directly with clients, venue managers, and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, training, and operational standards
