Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Assistant Operations Manager Assistant Director and Director of Security.
  • Oversee and manage on-duty security personnel ensuring high performance standards and adherence to hotel policies.
  • Maintain a balance between effective security measures and unobtrusive service promoting a gentleman rather than officer image.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests staff and hotel property.
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the hotel premises including checks on security equipment and systems.
  • Lead investigations into security-related incidents prepare reports and take appropriate action.
  • Train and mentor new security officers including regular updates to standard operating procedures.
