Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising the security team, maintaining a safe environment, enforcing company policies, and ensuring the protection of people, property, and assets. This role involves monitoring security operations, managing incidents, and reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols to monitor the premises and ensure safety compliance.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and security regulations.
• Train and mentor security staff in procedures, protocols, and emergency response.
• Maintain access control, CCTV monitoring, and other security systems.
