Position Summary: The Security Supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily activities of unarmed security officers assigned to NCCU residence halls. The Supervisor ensures coverage of all posts, monitors performance and conduct, maintains incident records, and serves as the primary liaison with the NCCU Police Department and Residential Life staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Supervise daily operations of unarmed security officers assigned to residence halls
+ Ensure coverage of all designated buildings during assigned hours and coordinate backup coverage when needed
