Security Systems Design Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Design Engineers, fostering performance and growth.
• Oversee project planning and design execution, ensuring solutions meet client needs.
• Collaborate with Sales during the pre-sales process, offering technical insight and validation.
• Review and approve technical documents and prototypes to uphold quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimizations and encouraging innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Solutions Architect, Design and Estimation for Security products (Access Control, Biometrics, Turnstiles, RFID, CCTV, Alarm, etc.), with a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
