**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in Security Systems area.
- 70 % of English spoken
**Essential Job Functions**
- Develop and maintain a cybersecurity governance framework
- Monitor existing and proposed cybersecurity regulations and standards
- Perform risk assessments and identify mitigation strategies
- Develop and communicate security policies, procedures, and standards
- Track and report performance metrics
**Skills**
- Knowledge of cyber security standards such as NIST, ISO, and GDPR
- Experience with risk management processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Develop and manage the implementation of cybersecurity controls
- Monitor and report on cyber security compliance
