Job Description Job Description Essential Functions Lead team of trainers to implement the Covenant training program as designed. Assess trainer effectiveness and provide constructive feedback to enhance training delivery and methods. Assess training material on defined intervals and recommend improvement opportunities. Work with Corporate Training Manager to implement upon approval. Participate in trainer evaluations and hiring of additional training staff. Through subordinate trainers. ensure the following activities are completed: Coordinate, conduct, and document training activities. Develop training material in response to policy and procedure changes. Conduct routine workforce audits to assess workforce performance to Covenant and client performance expectations.
