Security Training Coordinator

The Security Training Coordinator is responsible for all enterprise security awareness initiatives. The individual creates and leads an effective program designed to change employee behavior as it relates to information security. The Security Training Coordinator works under the direction of security leadership to drive effective security awareness through all business groups.
The role requires technical aptitude and business acumen, as well as the ability to work with diverse teams. The Security Training Coordinator works with multiple areas to develop methods for raising awareness, providing education, and measuring outcomes indicating employee behavioral change.
