Seed Health Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute seed health testing activities for vegetable crops using globally defined protocols.
• Manage and guide teams involved in seed health testing operations.
• Collaborate with global platform functions to implement and validate seed health testing workflows.
• Plan and manage laboratory resources including chemicals, consumables, and instrument maintenance, calibration, and validation.
• Coordinate with production, technology, crop quality, and inventory management teams for sample planning and scheduling.
• Support validation and implementation of new test protocols in alignment with global standards.
• Implement and manage Lab Vantage systems for seed health and genetic testing as per timelines.
• Support genetic molecular testing and new QC test validations as required.
