We're looking for a Seed Quality Lab Manager to join us on our site in Holeby (Denmark). Would you like to lead and manage all activities in our local Seed Quality Laboratories? Your key responsibilities Laboratory operations & quality management
  • You organize and oversee all activities in the laboratory units to ensure timely and high-quality analysis.
  • You maintain compliance with relevant quality standards, certifications, and accreditations (including ISTA).
  • You ensure appropriate documentation, procedures, and quality management systems are updated and maintained.
  • You deliver reliable analysis data through stringent quality control and error management.
  • You ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and operation of all lab equipment.
