SEEKING BILINGUAL: MUST BE PROFICIENT IN SPANISH

Conscientia Health, a growing psychiatric practice, is seeking remote Bilingual Patient Care Coordinators to support our patients and administrative team coverage across time zones. We are currently seeking an experienced proficient individual that speaks both English and Spanish. ​ This role involves serving as the first point of contact for patients, scheduling appointments, handling calls, assisting with medical billing, and maintaining patient records. ​ The office hours of operation are in Eastern Standard Time. All shifts will be aligned with the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Ideal candidates should have:

• Proficient in Both English and Spanish. (Additional languages a plus)
• Experience in sales strategies and working toward sales quotas
• Confident experience in verbal and written communication skills
