Who should apply

We are not looking for general translators, freelancers, or content writers. We are looking for the top 1% of domain experts.

You should meet most or all of the following:

• Native fluency in Punjabi (reading and writing)
• Strong command of English (for prompt interpretation and evaluation)
• Deep expertise in the domain and its Indian context, including nuanced understanding such as flattening Sikh history by ignoring distinctions between Gurus' periods, empire-era developments, and partition narratives.
• PhD, MPhil, or Master's degree preferred, or extensive credible experience in the field will also be considered.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
