**What you’ll do**:
Core Responsibilities and Activities: Administrate actvities for SSQE team. Responsible of SQE development and continues improvement. Stablish roles and responsabilities for SSQE Assure the resouces needed for his team Responsible of activities related with HR, ePDD, vacations, payment, etc. Assure company standards are followed properly.

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements: Teamwork Relashionships with the plants Initiative Strategy Engineer (electrical, mecahanical, industrial) Experience on automotive industry SQE preferable IATF16949 Auditor Problem solving 8D Motivation Develop people Negociation
