The successful candidate will provide the full range of core primary care services, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient centred care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting face to face and telephone consultations
  • Undertaking home visits (low volume)
  • Managing clinical correspondence, referrals, and results
  • Reviewing and signing repeat prescriptions
  • Maintaining accurate, clear, and contemporaneous clinical records
  • Making autonomous, evidence based clinical decisions
  • Contributing to clinical governance and service development
