Overview

Descripción del trabajo The Selling Lead drives personal, department, and storewide results through building genuine team and customer relationships, connecting customers with product, and creating memorable experiences. This role supports the team in driving sales and store key metric performance, providing excellent customer service, executing successful events, and maintaining merchandise presentations. The Selling Lead works collaboratively with store operations teams to ensure service excellence and achieve store objectives. This is an hourly position, with monthly bonus eligibility.
