JOB SUMMARY

The Selling Systems Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing the company’s selling systems and commercial processes to improve sales productivity, route-to-market effectiveness, and field execution.

This role goes beyond systems administration. It requires hands-on selling experience, a deep understanding of route planning and outlet coverage, and the ability to translate field realities into practical, scalable selling systems. The role partners closely with Sales, IT, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure that selling tools, processes, and data enable effective execution in the field.
