Role & Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads / paid search campaigns

- Keyword research, ad copy creation & A/B testing

- Monitor budgets, bids, CTR, CPL & ROAS

- Analyze performance & prepare reports

- Collaborate with SEO, content & design teams

Requirements:

- 2–3 years hands-on SEM / Paid Search experience

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & GA4

- Analytical mindset with optimization skills

- Good communication skills
