Protocol Education are recruiting for Behaviour Support within a SEMH School in Kidderminster .

Responsibilities

• Support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
• Manage challenging behaviour and implement effective strategies to enhance students' learning experiences in the classroom.
• Apply a comprehensive understanding of SEMH and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to tailor support to individual student needs.
