We are continuously recruiting SEMH Learning Support Assistants to work across Further Education colleges, supporting students with a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs .

This role is ideal for individuals who excel in building rapport, supporting emotional wellbeing, and helping learners overcome barriers to education.
