SEN Teacher – Secondary SEMH Setting

A specialist secondary setting is seeking a committed and resilient SEN Teacher to join its team, working with young people aged 11–16 who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The pupils
Students in this setting often have a history of disrupted education and may present with challenging behaviour, difficulties with emotional regulation, and additional needs linked to trauma, anxiety, ADHD or autism. Class sizes are small, and pupils require high levels of structure, consistency and strong, positive relationships to support engagement and progress.

The role
The successful candidate will deliver a broad, adapted curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4, tailored to meet individual learning needs. The role involves:
