About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team in Basingstoke. This role involves working closely with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs , providing tailored support to help them engage in learning and achieve their potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEMH needs in both classroom and one-to-one settings.
  • Assist with implementing individual education plans and behaviour strategies.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
