Location: Blackpool (FY Area) Salary: £95.00 - £125.00 per day (Paid Weekly) Job Type: Full-time, Long-term Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 15:45 (Term Time Only)

We are seeking a dedicated and strong Teaching Assistant or Youth Worker to join our specialist SEMH School in Blackpool. Our school provides a safe, nurturing, and highly structured environment for children and young people who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
In this role, you aren't just managing behavior-you are helping students understand their emotions, overcome trauma, and re-engage with a full curriculum.
The Role
Therapeutic Support: Use a trauma-informed approach to support students who may have experienced significant adversity.
Classroom Engagement: Work alongside a specialist Class Teacher to deliver lessons, often on a 1:1 or small group basis.
