SEMH Teaching Assistants – SEN School Near Reading | Full-Time | Immediate Start

We are seeking compassionate and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistants to join a specialist SEN school just outside of Reading. This full-time role offers the chance to support children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them thrive in a structured and supportive environment.


Role Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Location: SEN school near Reading

  • Hours: Full-time, term-time only

  • Setting: SEN – supporting pupils with SEMH and associated needs

    • Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience working with children with SEMH or challenging behaviour

  • A calm, patient and empathetic approach
