We are conducting a customer service campaign for a premium sportswear and yoga accessories brand. The focus will be on resolving issues related to customer orders. Interactions will take place through chat, and emails.

This role will involve assisting customers with any problems they encounter with their orders and ensuring a smooth resolution process.

Basic Salary 2,200,000 + performance bonus + all legal benefits.

Schedule: Nightshift Work 44 hours per week from 9:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., including two days off per week.

Contract Benefits: Contrato obra o labor that includes all legal benefits.

Start Date: The start date is 8th September 2025
