Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in GST compliance, Tally ERP, and financial modeling, and will demonstrate proficiency in direct taxation and internal audit.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in GST compliance to ensure the organization meets all regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
• Expertise in Tally ERP accounting software for efficient financial management and accounting processes.
• Advanced Excel skills to carry out complex data analysis and support business decision-making through detailed reporting.
• Experience in financial modeling to assist in forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities.
• Strong knowledge of direct taxation to support tax planning and compliance activities within the organization.
• Capability in conducting internal audits to identify and mitigate financial and operational risks effectively.
• Efficiency in MIS reporting to provide critical insights and performance metrics to senior management.
• Understanding of accounting standards to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial statements and reports.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular internal audits to assess financial processes and implement improvements as needed.
• Assist in the company's GST compliance activities, ensuring timely filings and accurate tax payments.
• Manage and analyze financial data using Tally ERP and other financial tools for reporting and decision-making.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and financial forecasting to aid strategic planning activities.
• Prepare direct tax computations and assist in tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities.
• Develop complex financial models to support business proposals and investment decisions.
• Generate detailed MIS reports to provide essential financial insights to management for informed decision-making.
