Semiconductor Characterization Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced characterization engineer for our silicon carbide power semiconductor team. As a characterization engineer, you play a critical role in developing innovative high voltage greater than 1kV power semiconductor components (SiC PowerMOSFET) for use in the automotive electronics, under tight timing with demanding customers in the automotive market. You will work in a simultaneous engineering (SE) team for particularly energy-efficient components for battery-based or fuel cell-based drives.

You will understand the functional and switching properties of power semiconductor devices and the measurement technology used. Based on your knowledge of high-performance SiC power semiconductor devices, you will perform characterization measurements, create the test reports and report in the SE team.
