Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and risks.
  • Establish pricing strategies, sales policies, and contract terms to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Identify, develop, and manage key strategic accounts, especially major semiconductor manufacturers and OEM/EMS customers.
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships and develop an extensive customer network.
  • Drive customer engagement and promote company solutions to meet customer technical and commercial needs.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis, monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and provide strategies recommendation to management based on market intelligence.
