Job Title: SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Hours: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a caring and dedicated SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide individual support to a student with Special Educational Needs in a school setting in Andover. This role involves working closely with the student to help them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support tailored to the student’s needs.
  • Assist with classroom activities and implement individual education plans.
  • Support social and emotional development in a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to ensure progress.
