We are always looking for experienced Autism Support Learning Assistants to join Further Education colleges across multiple sites.

As part of our SEN support workforce, you will be working with learners with low to high autism support needs, helping them engage with learning, build confidence, and develop independence.

Role Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and group support for autistic learners

Assist with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation

Follow structured routines, support plans, and personalised learning strategies

Work collaboratively with lecturers, SEN teams, therapists, and support staff
