Are you calm, confident, and ready to support pupils with complex behavioural needs?


We’re recruiting a resilient SEN Classroom Assistant to join a specialist upper school team in Kirkby, supporting KS3 pupils with autism, SEMH, and challenging behaviours. This is a full-time, term-time role in a setting where consistency, empathy, and structure are key.

Your role:


  • Provide tailored support in a high-needs classroom environment




  • Use Team Teach strategies to manage behaviours safely and positively




  • Build trusted relationships that promote regulation and engagement




  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver individualised learning
