Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in specialist settings across Norfolk, supporting students aged 11–16 with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including SEMH needs and complex learning difficulties.
These students have often experienced challenges in mainstream education and require consistent, patient, and understanding support to help them re-engage with learning and develop socially and emotionally.
The Role:

Supporting students on a 1:1 or small-group basis
*
Assisting with academic learning, emotional regulation, and behaviour support
*
Helping students access the curriculum in a way that meets their individual needs
*
Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement support strategies
*
Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
