SEN Provision Teaching Assistant (Behaviour / Sports Coach Focus) - Newham - 90 to 120 per day - Primary school role

The Role – SEN Provision Teaching Assistant
You will work within a specialist SEN provision, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. Responsibilities include assisting with individual education plans, promoting positive behaviour, and helping pupils engage with learning through structured support and mentoring strategies. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, using a calm, patient, and nurturing approach at all times. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
