SEND School Learning Support Assistant – Leeds Full-time | Start ASAP until Summer 2026 (in the first instance)

About the Role

A busy and welcoming secondary school in Leeds is seeking a dedicated SEND School Learning Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This long‑term role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference to students with a range of Special Educational Needs, supporting their learning, wellbeing and independence throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to students with SEND, both in the classroom and during small‑group or one‑to‑one sessions.
  • Assist teaching staff in delivering differentiated learning activities.
  • Promote positive behaviour and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
