SEN Support Worker – Secondary Education – Taunton

Location: Taunton
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – ( Fridays)
Pay: £ – £ per hour (dependent on PAYE or Umbrella)


Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Worker to join a supportive secondary school in Taunton. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs.


The Role:

  • Supporting students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and social/emotional needs

  • Working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored interventions

  • Providing one-to-one and small group support

  • Assisting with classroom activities and behaviour management

  • Promoting inclusion and emotional wellbeing
