About the Role:


As an SEN Teacher, you will:

  • Develop and deliver personalised learning plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.

  • Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.

  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and other professionals ( speech therapists, SENCO) to support development.

  • Monitor and assess students’ progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
