Overview
:Deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum, adapted to meet individual SEN needs
Support students with SEMH to regulate behaviour and engage positively in learning
Differentiate teaching to support a range of abilities and learning styles
Work closely with teaching assistants and SEN staff to support EHCP outcomes
Create a calm, safe, and consistent classroom environment
About You:
QTS is desirable but not essential
Experience working in SEN, SEMH, PRU, or alternative provision settings
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
Calm, resilient, and adaptable teaching approach
