Overview

:
  • Deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum, adapted to meet individual SEN needs

  • Support students with SEMH to regulate behaviour and engage positively in learning

  • Differentiate teaching to support a range of abilities and learning styles

  • Work closely with teaching assistants and SEN staff to support EHCP outcomes

  • Create a calm, safe, and consistent classroom environment

  • About You:

  • QTS is desirable but not essential

  • Experience working in SEN, SEMH, PRU, or alternative provision settings

  • Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills

  • Calm, resilient, and adaptable teaching approach
