The Role:

  • Deliver tailored learning plans for diverse needs

  • Create a safe, engaging classroom environment

  • Collaborate with TAs, parents, and specialists

  • Track progress and adapt strategies

  • Build confidence and independence in every learner

    • About You:

  • QTS (or equivalent) with SEN experience

  • Knowledge of ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLD, PMLD

  • Creative, patient, resilient

  • Strong communicator and team player

  • Committed to safeguarding
