Job Description
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in the Blackpool (FY3) area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and support their learning journey in a nurturing environment.
You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language difficulties, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. Your role will involve both one-to-one and small group interventions, helping pupils to access the curriculum and develop essential life skills.
