Reeson Education is recruiting a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant for a supportive primary school in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire. If you're experienced in working with children with additional needs and live in or around Waltham Cross, Cheshunt, or nearby areas, this SEN Teaching Assistant opportunity is ideal for you.
The Role: This SEN Teaching Assistant position involves supporting pupils with a variety of special educational needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and those with EHCPs. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll provide both 1:1 and small group support, helping children overcome barriers to learning and develop confidence in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing tailored support for pupils with SEN from EYFS through to KS2
Implementing interventions and strategies designed by the class teacher and SENCO
